At the beginning of the 2000s Florence Lloret begins to visit regularly and to film the district of The Joliette in Marseilles. She transcribes little by little the slow transformation of the space, the fantasies and the fears which it inspires. She meets those who live there and observes with them the arrival of newcomers, their way of being and to live this territory, and try to understand what takes place there, for the city and for us who live in it.
