Introduction:
“Most films about writers are commissioned. This is not the case here. I discovered the writer Marie Depussé first as a reader. Along the readings, the desire to meet her became a necessity: I must take a closer look, who is this woman? Why her ? Because she touches me. the meeting takes place in a simple way. During our first exchanges, we realised that we shared common territories of thought, connivances. Soon it became possible to work together. I found things in her that I think intensively. On her side, she is attracted by the nature of my pictures. With the occasional use of scenes inspired by the universe of the writer Marie Depussé, this film questions the desire. A portrait in the third person is created, hybrid journey fed by our vibrations and artistic fervour. In it resounds the voice of a little girl who never kept silent and who tries to remain standing up.”
